Since first seeing it – I have been dreaming about this artists incredible work.

The colours are divine and I love the quirky uniqueness of using a vintage tennis racket as her canvas.

This South African embroidery artist, Danielle Clough has such an eye for rich, vibrant colours & creates refreshingly original fibre art.

I particularly love the tennis racket series shown which has lead to me searching around antique shops for my own pair of vintage tennis rackets which now adorn the walls of my house.

Danielle has seen success with her work that subject matter ranges from people to animals & plants. She also collaborated with mega brand Gucci on a campaign which involved customising a pair of shoes.
