There’s nothing quite like a music festival and my favourite of these is perhaps Playground Weekender.

This year marked my 3rd Playgrounder and I still love it. Situated in Wiseman’s Ferry it is a few hours drive out of town, you have to line up with your camping gear for 3 hours, get a ferry to the festval entrance and yet its so worth the trip.

Camping, swimming in the river, houseboats, a fancy dress night, a pool party and 6 stages of live music – I was in festival heaven.

Festivals are always awash with some very cool kids & their outfits – not to mention the musicians and their unique style. My highlights were all girl LA band The Like & the crazy brit miss Kate Nash.
